Is corona virus human made?

Corona virus Disease caused by SARS-CoV2 is originated from china.

On 31st december,2019 china reported cluster of cases in Wuhan by unknown pathogen to WHO.

American president Donald trump and many other representatives claimed that it was created in Wuhan center for disease control or Wuhan institute of virology. This news become more tricky when china did not allow WHO for investigation in laboratory.

So what is the truth behind all this.

Is really coronavirus human made?

One article published in The Lancet journal shows that initially 27 cases out of 41 was linked to Wuhan wholesale seafood market.

One way to find is coronavirus human made or naturally originated is comparing genome sequences. By decoding the genome sequence one can identify organoleptic characters in human like hair colour,eye colour and sex of human.So it can act similarly in case of virus. So decoding genome of virus is the best way to know its origin.

Gene is made up of nucleotides. There are almost billion nucleotide in human genome and 30,000 genome in coronavirus. So to know its origin one can check genome sequence and compare it with various virus's genome.

Genome sequence of coronavirus is decoded in January.

Genome in corona virus are responsible for different things like spike, its shape and size etc.

Mainly by two ways new virus can be created by changing in further virus's backbone of genome but by doing virus will not be stable and can not survive.

Another way is by taking backbone of any preexisting virus and mutate it or either edit deleted parts of existing virus genome but it can be identified by deleted part.

Another way is to mutate pre-existing virus, which is known as serial passage. In this virus acts in similar way to selective breeding so scientists are able to mimic evolution to a degree by forcing virus to mutate over and over again into potentially different form this can be used to weaken virus-this how some vaccines are made and can be used to strong virus by making it more transmissible this existing one virus would show significant genetic similarity to the new virus. In fact it should be almost identical.

Scientists found that genome of SARS-CoV2 is strictly unique differing significally from other corona viruses.

Ex.Genetic sequence of SARS CoV is 79% similar to genetic sequence of SARS-CoV2.

While genome sequence of RaTG13 is 96% similar to genetic sequence of SARS-CoV2.But this 4% difference of genome sequence is made difference of 800 nucleotides.

So evidence and this study shows that coronavirus is not human made.
